Restore files and folders

Pick a date, choose files, put them back or into another folder.

1. Open Beyond Cloud Backup → Restore.
2. Choose the backup and the restore point (date and time) you want to go back to.
3. Browse the folders and tick the files or folders to restore.
4. Choose where to put them:
   • A new folder (default, safest) — for example Desktop\Restored 2026-11-04.
   • The original location — files with the same name are replaced by the backed-up versions.
5. Click Restore. Progress shows at the top; you can keep working meanwhile.

Tip — Not sure which day the file was still fine? Restore the same file from two dates into a new folder and compare.
