Free trial and billing

30 days, no card; what happens when the trial ends.

The free trial

• 30 days, everything in the Standard plan, up to 200 GB and 5 computers.
• No card needed. Your account page shows how many days are left.
• We e-mail you 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.

When the trial ends

• Add a payment method before the end and nothing changes — backups keep running.
• Without one, new backups pause. Restores keep working.
• You have 14 days to add a payment method; backups resume by themselves, with nothing to reinstall.
• After that the account is suspended, and the backups are deleted 30 days later. We warn you by e-mail before anything is deleted.

Billing

You pay monthly, per computer, plus storage above what is included. Prices are on the pricing page. Invoices are issued by Beyond Cloud SRL.
